Real Estate Executive Coaching


One of the pre requisites of becoming accredited is to undertake Real Estate Executive Coaching with John McCann of OrgPsych. It is an exciting journey of self-discovery, self-management and self-development which opens up new opportunities for professional and personal fulfilment and achievement.

Research shows that whilst training increases productivity by up to 22%, executive coaching increases productivity by up to 88%, potentially a four fold increase.

The overall goal of Executive Coaching is to help individuals increase their effectiveness and happiness at work. It seeks to enhance their life and work performance. It emphasises the client's relationship with all aspects of his or her self - the cognitive, emotional, physical and behavioural selves.

As part of the OrgPsych Executive Coaching process, Helper Agents experience the use of internationally renowned development tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step II , Leadership Practices Inventory (Kouzes & Posner) and Genos EI Multi Rater (emotional intelligence).
